The Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance tire ensures excellent grip, shorter braking distance on wet roads, and reduced fuel consumption. A tire with optimal balance of wet surface grip and rolling resistance throughout the tire's lifespan. A tire with low rolling resistance thanks to a new compound in the tread cap area. It reduces heat generation in the lower part of the sidewall during tire rolling, meaning less energy dissipation in the deformation phase. Continuous circumferential ribs increase stiffness in sharp turns, allowing for better response to forces = excellent vehicle control and handling.
WearControl technology – shorter braking distance on wet surfaces and lower fuel consumption. ActiveBraking technology – innovative 3D block design on the tire tread increases the contact area with the road during braking = shortened braking distance on both wet and dry roads.
